Nature and border walks, for those who prefer a peaceful walk rather than strenuous ones, the park offers guided nature walks that showcase the beauty of the bamboo forests, of the bamboo forests, wetlands and lower slopes of the volcanoes. The border trail, for instance, follows Uganda`s border with the Democratic Republic of Congo and provides fantastic opportunities to spot primates and birds.

Garama cave exploration, it is located near the park`s headquarters, Garama cave is one ancient site once used by the Batwa as a home and place of refuge during tribal conflicts.
