Day 1: Arrival in Arusha – Overnight in Arusha
Arrival at Kilimanjaro International Airport is followed by a private transfer to a safari lodge in Arusha. The day is reserved for rest and acclimatization, with a detailed safari briefing provided by your guide. Dinner is served at the lodge, followed by an overnight stay.
Day 2: Arusha to Tarangire National Park – Overnight in Tarangire Area
After breakfast, the safari begins with a drive to Tarangire National Park. The park is renowned for its large elephant populations, ancient baobab trees, and seasonal wildlife concentrations along the Tarangire River. Game drives continue throughout the afternoon before transferring to the lodge for dinner and overnight.
Day 3: Tarangire to Lake Manyara National Park – Overnight in Lake Manyara Area
The journey continues to Lake Manyara National Park, a compact yet diverse park known for tree-climbing lions, flamingos, and rich birdlife. Day 6: Central Serengeti to Northern or Western Serengeti – Overnight in Serengeti
Depending on the season and wildlife movements, the safari continues toward either the northern or western Serengeti.
