8Days Uganda primates and wildlife. This 8-day Uganda primates and wildlife safari offers you the greatest opportunity to track mountain gorillas in Bwindi Impenetrable Forest, golden monkeys in Mgahinga Gorilla National Park, and chimpanzees in Kibale Forest National Park. The safari will also take you to Queen Elizabeth National Park for a wildlife adventure, and an encounter with the big 4 wildlife safari is all-inclusive that starting and ending in either Kampala or Entebbe.
Day one: Transfer from Kampala to Mgahinga Gorilla National Park.
You will be picked up from either your hotel of residence or Entebbe International Airport by a representative from Katland Safaris and embark on an amazing and scenic drive through Rural western Uganda to Mgahinga Gorilla National Park. You will have a stopover at the equator for panoramic pictures and another stopover in Mbarara for lunch. Upon arrival in Mgahinga Gorilla National Park, you will check into the services of the lodge for relaxation, dinner, and overnight stay.

Day two: Golden Monkey tracking and transfer to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park | 8Days Uganda primates and wildlife
Have an early morning cup of coffee with a hot breakfast and transfer to the park headquarters for a briefing from the park rangers about the Golden monkey tracking dos and don’ts. After the briefing, you will proceed into the forest for the memorable golden monkey tracking exercise. The activity takes any time between 1 and 9 hours, depending on the movement of the golden monkeys. Upon locating, the chimpanzees will be allowed to spend a maximum of an hour in the company of these beautiful primates.
After golden monkey tracking, you will return to the lodge for lunch and relaxation, and after transfer to Bwindi Impenetrable Game Park for the gorilla trekking adventure.

Day three: Gorilla Tracking Adventure in Bwindi Forest.
Today is when we take on the highlight of your Safari, which is gorilla trekking. You will wake up very early in the morning for breakfast fast, and with a packed lunch, you will be driven to the park’s head offices for a briefing about gorilla trekking adventures. After the briefing, and with the leadership of the rangers, you will enter the forest and embark on the exciting journey in search of the mountain gorillas.
Once you meet the mountain gorillas, you will be allowed to spend a full hour in the company of the mountain gorillas, observing their way of life and taking pictures and videos. After the gorilla trekking adventure, you will transfer back to your lodge for relaxation and lunch.
After lunch, you will have the option of going for the Batwa community experience for the evening.
Day four: Transfer to Queen Elizabeth
After an early morning breakfast, you will meet your guide and embark on a journey to Queen Elizabeth National Game Park through the Ishasha wilderness sector, famous for its rare tree-climbing lions. If luck is on our side, we might be lucky enough to see these beautiful lions resting in acacia tree branches. Day five: Queen Elizabeth wildlife adventure game drives and boat safari on the Kazinga channel
For this fifth day of your Safari, you will wake up early in the morning for breakfast, and after go for an early morning Game Adventure epic in Queen Elizabeth National Game Park. While on this Safari, expect to encounter several wildlife, including hynas, buffalo, lions, elephants, among other wild animals.
After a thrilling drive, you will then head back to the lodge for relaxation and lunch as you gather energy for yet another thrilling adventure, the afternoon boat safari on Kazinga channel, a place with some of the highest concentrations of hippos, with a lot of aquatic wildlife, and elephants spotted on the Banks of Kazinga channel.l
After the Boat safari, you will transfer back to the lodge for relaxation, dinner, and an overnight stay.
Day 06: Transfer to Kibale Forest for chimpanzee tracking
On this 6th day of your safari, you will wake up very early in the morning for breakfast and bid farewell to the lodge and embark on a journey from Queen Elizabeth National falls game pParkto Kibale Forest National Park, also known as the primate’s capital of the world because of its very high concentration of chimpanzees.
The Scenic transfer will take you through the rural villages of rural Uganda and finally to Kibale Forest National Park.
Accommodation will be at Primates Lodge Kibale Luxury, Kibale Forest Camp Mid Rouge, and at Chimpanzee Forest Guest House for Budget accommodation.
Day 07: Chimpanzee tracking in Kibale Forest | 8Days Uganda primates and wildlife
After breakfast, we visit Kibale National Park, which is said to have the greatest variety and highest concentration of primates in East Africa. You will take a guided nature walk in search of chimpanzees, black and white colobus monkeys, red colobus monkeys, red-tailed monkeys, baboons, and a variety of bird species. Come back to the lodge, relax around, have lunch, Relaxation, dinner, and overnight.
Day 08: Transfer back to Kampala or Entebbe, marking the end of your 8-day Uganda primates and wildlife safari.
On your last day of your safari, you will wake up very early in the morning for breakfast, After embark on your journey back to Kampala. You will have a stopover for lunch and continue with the journey to Kampala with a drop at either your hotel or at Entebbe International Airport, marking the end of your safari.
