Chimps are tremendous fun to watch as they squabble and play in fruiting trees. Other terrestrial mammals found within Kibale include Buffalo, Giant forest hog, and many Antelope species.

Its altitude holds up different varieties of habitat ranging from moist evergreen forest along the Fort Portal plateau, then through the dry tropical forest, and finally to the woodland and Savanna along the Rift Valley.

Day  One of a 4-Day Chimpanzee Trekking Safari

Meet and greet at Entebbe International Airport by our professional staff who will warmly welcome you to Uganda and transfer to your hotel.

Day Two

After an early morning cup of coffee, set off to Fort Portal arriving in time for lunch. A visit to the crater lakes area may be arranged. Return for dinner and overnight at Ndali Lodge.

Day Three of a 4 Day Chimpanzee Trekking Safari

This day we are in the forest for Chimpanzee tracking, you will have a chance to view the largest concentration of Chimpanzees and other primates found in Kibale. Return to the lodge for dinner and overnight.

Day Four of a 4 Day Chimpanzee Trekking Safari

Drive back to Kampala and later transfer to the Airport for your flight back home
