2025-2026 Low-season gorilla and chimpanzee permit discounts.
Launching yet another fascinating campaign for 2025 and 2026, the Uganda Wildlife Authority is still dedicated to preserving for generations and making Uganda travel cheap. Representing the Executive Director, the Director of tourist business and Development of Uganda Wildlife Authority unveiled these 2025 and 2026 low-season gorilla and chimp permit savings at Hotel Africana.
The revised rates/price for 2025–2026 reflect expenses. Discounts for low-season gorilla and chimpanzee permits
Unlike past promotional reductions in 2025 up to 2026, off season gorilla permits for 2016-17 have been raised from $700 to $800.
The above indicated price/rate will apply to the traditional low or off season months of April, May and November 2016-17 where Uganda Wildlife Authority expects other stakeholders such Hoteliers and Tour operators to slash costs such accommodation, transport and meals to make Uganda an affordable tourism destination for the future.
Low season discount rates will apply to gorilla permits in Bwindi Impenetrable National Park and Mgahinga National Park and not in Rwanda.
Interesting 2025–2026 Low season chimp permit reductions for Kibale National Park
Low season promotional and reduced chimpanzee permits in Kibale National Park to $200.00 have also been agreed by Uganda Wildlife authority to be introduced during off season months of April, May and November 2016-17.
This lower price/rate/cost of kibale chimpanzee permits is predicted to affect visitor inflows to both Bwindi Impenetrable Gorilla Park as well as Kibale National Park proving Uganda as a genuine primate capital of Africa.
Why go to Bwindi and Kibale National Park?
With this 2016-2017 Low season gorilla and chimp permit savings, visitors will have the opportunity to explore Bwindi Impenetrable National Park, roughly half of the world’s endangered mountain gorillas, several rare endemic bird species, and the only site gorillas cohabit with wild chimps.
Said to be the ideal National Park to monitor populations of habituated wild chimpanzees, Kibale National Park has around 15 additional primates among its attractions. First to break such news is usually Encounter Africa safaris; if called, we are specialists in customizing reasonably priced gorilla and chimpanzee trekking excursions.
All you have to do is get in touch with Katland Safaris with the year, month, and the actual date you wish us to book your low season discounted gorilla and chiper permit. We will then follow this by checking availability at Uganda Wildlife Authority. The process and procedure of securing 2016-2017 Low season gorilla and chiper permit discounts remains the same.
Should it be the case that there is still room, we will notify you, bill you, and book your gorilla or chimp permit and provide scanned copies once we have your money. Since Uganda Wildlife authority cannot really hand out your permits without your passport data, kindly notice that they will need to be supplied in advance. If you order all inclusive and guided Bwindi gorilla tour via Katland Safaris as required by Uganda Wildlife Authority, we do not impose any price; if you like us to book gorilla permits alone, a little administrative fee will be paid.
