This 5 days Murchison Falls and Queen Elizabeth Park safari offers yet another awesome experience of Uganda wildlife safaris, you will get to have an experience of Uganda’s top parks mention as Murchison Falls National Park and Queen Elizabeth National Park.
Murchison Falls National Park is the largest park in Uganda, situated in northwestern Uganda covering an area of about 3,840sq Km. The Park is classified with savannah grassland and the Victoria Nile that separates the park into two, the northern and southern banks. The park has an array of birds and animals inclusive of the big fives, rhinos, elephants, buffalos, and so many others. You will have a chance to enjoy game drives, a boat cruise, and a visit to the top of the falls.
Queen Elizabeth National Park on the other hand is the most visited park in Uganda, it covers an area of about 1.978 sq Km. The park is classified with various ecosystems that include lakes, forests, the Kazinga channel, extensive Savanah and so much more. The park is home to many mammals, bird species, and an array of tree species.
Day one:
Kampala to Murchison Falls National Park.
Zziwa Rhino Sanctuary
Early morning after breakfast, you will be picked up at your residence by a guide from Katland.
Safaris. After a short briefing, you will then embark on your journey to Murchison Falls.
National Park. You will have a stopover at Zziwa Rhino Sanctuary for the Rhino Trac adventure.
We will proceed and have and have another stop en route in Masindi town for Lunch. After lunch, you will then connect to Murchison Falls National Park with an amazing drive to the top of the falls. You will then proceed to the lodge for check-in, dinner, and overnight stay.

Day Two:
Early morning game drive and afternoon boat cruise.
Early in the morning After breakfast, your guide will be waiting for you so you can start your morning game drive to look for the early grazers, you may have the opportunity to see many animals such as buffalos, Elephants, warthogs, and many more, depending on the nature of the day, you may be chanced to spot some of the big cuts like lions and leopards but this is not a guarantee as we cannot make any appointments with nature.
Afternoon Boat cruise on the Nile.
After that thrilling game drive, you will take a short rest at the lodge as you prepare for the late afternoon boat ride/cruise to the bottom of Murchison Falls. You will meet your guide again, who will transfer you to the peer for your late afternoon boat cruise to the bottom of the Nile where the Victoria Nile squeezes itself through a narrow gap. While on the boat cruise, you will encounter several birds, elephants, hippos, and crocodiles on their island and so much more on the banks of the river Nile. Return to the lodge later in the evening for relaxation, dinner, and an overnight stay.

Day three.
Transfer to Queen Elizabeth National Park Via Fort Portal
After an early morning breakfast, check out of the lodge and find your way out of the park to connect to Queen Elizabeth National Park which is in the south-west of the country. The journey is about 5 hours via Kyenjojo – Hoima road with a lunch stopover in Fort Portal town at the Gardens Restaurant. Continue for an 80km journey to Kasese town with great views of the Rwenzori Mountains and Lake George of Queen Elizabeth National Park. At that point, you are already viewing many antelopes, elephants, and other wildlife. Enter the park and check in at the lodge. Dinner and Overnight stay at Mweya Safari Lodge (luxury), Enganzi Lodge/Park View Lodge (mid-range)

Day Four:
Early Morning game drive and afternoon boat cruise on the Kazinga Channel
After a fruitful morning cup of coffee, you will start your drive to Kasenyi Planes to look for the game. The reason why you do game drives in the Kasenyi planes is that it is the leading breeding area of the Uganda kobs, and this means big carnivals come around to feed on them. As you do the drive, you may come across different animals like buffalos, elephants, warthogs, waterbucks, and many more. Return to the lodge for lunch and a short nap.
Afternoon boat ride.
Meet your guide again, transfer to the peer for a briefing, and start your boat cruise on the Kazinga channel. The channel has various mammals as they float the banks to take water, which is the highlight of all activities in the park. Kazinga channel has the highest concentration of hippos in the whole world.
Return to the lodge for relaxation, dinner, and overnight stay.

Day Five: Transfer back to Entebbe/Kampala with a stop over at the equator
Today after breakfast, you bid farewell to the lodge and start your drive back to Entebbe for your international flight out or drop off at the hotel or residence.
