All you have to do to get your hands on these gorilla permits is pay for them in full. One date may be changed to another using the same permissions. The Uganda Wildlife Authority (UWA) authorizes tour companies to transfer gorilla permits from one date to another, but only once.

Additionally, UWA extended gorilla permits to AUTO. A small number of gorilla licenses have been reserved by the Uganda Wildlife Authority for familiarization visits that are planned by tour companies, UWA, or UTB.
